We aim to provide a diverse program to suit both people recovering from illness or injury and others looking to improve or maintain their general fitness. Pilates aims to strengthen certain muscles groups, particularly the deeper ‘core’ muscles and train overactive muscle groups to relax therefore creating an even balance throughout the body. We offer weekly general Pilates small group classes which are suitable for all levels, as well as specific ante-natal, post-natal and back pain courses which run at various times throughout the year depending on demand. We also offer private one-to-one sessions for those looking for a more individualised program. Just get in touch to find out more!

Yoga is an ancient system of physical postures, breathing techniques, chanting and meditation; practiced to connect and align the body, mind and spirit in order to transform physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Our yoga small group classes are suitable for all levels, and we also offer therapeutic yoga sessions with a physiotherapist for those recovering from an episode of illness or injury who want to get back into fitness.

Come along and get in shape with our fitness instructor Jan. Build and tone the main muscle groups and benefit from a great full body workout. This class is ideal to build the strength, endurance and agility to improve your performance on the mountain, under the guidance of a fitness professional. This class is suitable for end stage post-operative rehabilitation too. Come along and break a sweat and have fun whilst working out!
