Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a short form outlining your medical history and the reason for your visit.

This information will then be discussed in more detail during the session, allowing us to fully understand your situation. With your consent, we will conduct an assessment, provide an explanation of the results, and discuss the treatment plan.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

For your first visit, be sure to bring your prescription, insurance card, and any accident details (if applicable).

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This helps us make your spot available to someone else in need of care. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us serve our community better.

If you are using a Swiss Health Insurance, our services are covered by basic LAMal insurance and LAA accident insurance when you have a medical prescription.
We use the “third-party payer” billing system, which relieves you of any administrative tasks and payment, as bills are sent directly to your insurer (except in certain cases).

The pricing of our services follows the Swiss tariff agreement and varies depending on your situation and medical diagnosis.

For our valued seasonal and visiting clients without a medical prescription, we ask for payment at the end of your session. This allows us to provide you with a smooth, efficient experience when it comes to organising paperwork.

For local residents without a prescription, the invoice will be sent directly to your home. We thank you for your understanding.

As we welcome many visitors to Verbier, we also accept payments from those with international insurance or who prefer to pay directly after the appointment.

If you have supplemental insurance that covers sessions with ASCA-recognized therapists, you may also be eligible for reimbursement.
