When he is not at PhysioVerbier, Piero explores the mountains with friends, travels, visits his family in Italy, or deepens his knowledge on various topics
Elisa
Elisa is an essential and versatile member of our team. When she’s not at the reception answering calls and handling emails, she also works as a naturopathic therapist and massage therapist, using her skills to support your optimal health.
She holds dual diplomas: one in France from ISUPNAT Paris, accredited by FENA, and another in Switzerland as a naturopath in traditional European medicine from EPSN, accredited by OrtrMA.
In her consultations, Elisa brings her expertise in preventive medicine to help you take charge of your health and well-being. She supports clients suffering from intestinal disorders, weight management issues, allergies, cardiovascular conditions, fatigue, joint pain, and more. She helps you understand how your body works to make sustainable choices and restore health.
Depending on your needs, she analyzes your diet, mental and physical hygiene, using natural techniques such as herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, and micronutrition. Naturopathy perfectly complements physiotherapy but also works well on its own. Together, you find a balance that suits you.
If you haven’t tried her massages yet, don’t wait! Specializing in relaxation and sport massage, Elisa knows how to relax the body and mind; we highly recommend a 1.5-hour session.
When she’s not at PhysioVerbier, she explores the mountains with her dog, Tina, or dances with her hula hoop. Spectacular!
Elisa is recognized by complementary insurance providers (ASCA) and offers sessions of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours.
Hannah
Graduating in physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010, Hannah began her career in private practice, working for seven years in two prestigious private clinis in Scotland, while also serving as a physiotherapist for Edinburgh’s professional rugby club for two years. During this period, she assisted national and international athletes in managing a variety of cases, both common and unusual.
Driven by her love for adventure, she later chose to settle in the Swiss Alps, where she worked as a masseuse and physiotherapist.
Over the past 14 years, Hannah has been honing her unique skills and deepening her knowledge. She finds fulfillment in helping her clients achieve better health and optimal well-being through various manual techniques, such as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), osteopathic techniques, Myofascial Release (MFR), Physiotherapy Instrument Mobilization (PIM), visceral mobilization, and massage. Hannah is known in Verbier for her manual therapeutic approach that gives surprisingly fast results.
Throughout her career, Hannah has recognized the importance of the mind-body connection.
This realization led her to expand her knowledge in the human sciences. She has explored NLP, hypnosis, the role of language in healing, and coaching. She is a qualified yoga and pilates teacher and is currently studying Chinese medicine to further enrich her practice. She believes that everyone has the inner resources to achieve what they wish and become the best version of themselves. She is on a mission to connect people with those inner resources and empower them to achieve their goals. Ambitious and dynamic, Hannah has a deep interest in human beings.
Outside of work, you’ll find Hannah learning something new, dancing, running, cooking, singing, or kitesurfing. Since arriving in Verbier in 2015, Hannah is now proud to consider herself a Scottish-Valaisan.
